Our Service Department is available 24 hours a day,

Everyday Low Price:

8:00 am - 5:00 pm$85 per hour*
Nights/Weekends
On-Site Service**		$120 per hour
Nights/Weekends Phone Consultation**$85 per hour

Holidays$135 per hour

- Normal Business Hours Mileage Charge: One Way, 25 mile minimum, $1.75 per mile
- Night/Weekend/Holiday Mileage Charge: Round Trip, 25 mile minimum, $1.75 per mile

*All service calls include a minimum of one hour plus mileage. Continued hourly billing occurs in 15 minute increments.

**Our emergency service extends into nights/weekends/holidays. This service is provided for emergency needs affecting your car wash that CANNOT wait to be addressed during normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday. Professional car washers already know to keep supplies in stock to cover their overnight and weekend needs, so this extra effort is provided for technical needs only.

When you call our Emergency Service Hotline (214-358-2578, ext. 300), please:

  1. Leave your name and physical address of the car wash.
  2. Detailed explanation of the technical problem you are experiencing.
  3. Contact name and phone number of who will meet our service technician on location.
  4. A service technician will be automatically paged and should return your call within one hour of leaving your message.
